How to Apply for an Energy Rebate

 Applying for an energy rebate is typically straightforward:

        1.Review the available rebate programs listed for your electric company. 

2.Complete the required rebate application for your utility company. 

3. Attach the necessary documentation, which usually includes a copy of your paid invoice, equipment model and serial numbers, and proof of installation.

    4. Submit your application using the method specified on the form—online, by email, or by mail.  

When and Where to Submit

  Most rebate applications must be submitted within 30–90 days after installation, depending on the program. Submission instructions and deadlines are included with each rebate form:
